I stayed at a capsule hotel near Zurich Airport and it was fantastic. The location was perfect, right next to the airport terminal, which was so convenient since I arrived very late. The room was cozy and clean, with a comfortable mattress that provided me with a sound night of sleep. The bathrooms were also spotless and had great facilities, including shower rooms with locks and large bottles of shampoo and body gel. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff and a fast check-in process at the kiosk. it was a great experience.

That the walls of the capsules were a bit thin, so I could hear the movements of the person above me.

The perfect place for tired travelers. Clean showers and toilets, cozy beds, and a great bar with amazing coffee. The hot tubs are incredible and perfect after a long day. There is storage space under the bottom capsule and shuttle service to the airport. Overall I highly recommend it.

Being next to the airport was very convenient for our early morning departure. The location was just outside the terminal which made check-in and boarding very easy. The room itself was nicely spacious and well-designed, and the shared showers were clean and had personal spaces. We were also impressed with the lock system and customer service.

The lack of consideration for noise levels was a major issue during our stay. Despite the need for silence being reinforced at check-in, it didn't seem to work.

During my xmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised with the complementary towel and toothbrush that were provided in my capsule. the location was very convenient as it was close to the airport and public transportation. the staff was also friendly and welcoming, making my stay more comfortable.

I did not appreciate the lack of temperature control in the capsules, as it was too hot and uncomfortable during the night. the shared bathroom and other communal areas did not offer enough privacy, which was a bit uncomfortable.
