The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to the slopes and just near everything we needed. We had easy access to the ski tracks and a ski room with heated system for our shoes. The breakfast was very good with a great choice of everything to choose from. The staff was always helpful and even recommended restaurants for dinner since the hotel didn't have its own.

The room looked a bit older compared to the facilities that were perfectly maintained.

Friendly staff, excellent furnishings and ambience, good breakfast, lovely spa area, free room upgrade. Adequately sized family room, great breakfast with fresh products. Child-friendly spa opens at 14h, clean and well-situated near sports area and ski facilities. Super comfortable facilities, helpful staff, easy access to lifts. Perfect location, view, room cleanliness, attention to detail, nice spa area.

I had a wonderful stay at a ski-in/ski-out hotel in a great location. The room had a view of the mountains and the ski equipment room made it easy to hit the slopes. The spa, sauna, and steam room were perfect for relaxing after a long day of skiing. The hotel even provided pick up and drop off to the car park, and a guest pass for a car park discount. I highly recommend this hotel for a winter sports getaway.

Our stay was really enjoyable. The breakfast was abundant and with plenty of options to choose from. The location was perfect, close to the cable car station and shops. We also appreciated the 1-day pass for buses and lifts provided by the hotel. having the spa available after an intense day on the slopes was very relaxing.

The description of the hotel was a bit misleading, as we expected the ski-in/ski-out experience to be closer to the actual lifts. , we were disappointed that there was no bar or mini bar available in the suite.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Saas-Fee. the location was absolutely perfect - just near everything, including the cable car station. It was so convenient to be able to walk to the slopes and start skiing right away. The hotel also had great attention to detail, with a little covered terrace and rooms that had a view of the mountain. I particularly loved the rooms with bunk beds, which were perfect for families. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities provided were excellent. Lastly, the breakfast offered was delicious and provided a great start to the day.

All was great and I truly enjoyed my stay.
