The bed was amazing, most comfortable and luxurious bed I’ve slept in for a long time! Room was lovely and quiet and overlooked a garden which guests have access to and can walk up to a terrace with stunning harbour views. The room has good radiators and a dyson fan, really comfortable room, plenty of space. Great little wine bar opposite and lots of chain restaurants nearby for an easy dinner. Staff were really helpful with providing fresh milk for my room and leaving me a breakfast the night before as I had an early start the next day and had to leave before breakfast. Highly recommend. As guests with disabilities, the hotel provided accessible rooms and facilities.

The room was spacious and clean, and I loved the fact that I was upgraded upon arrival. The location was also a major highlight, with stunning views and a beautiful green space opposite the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of options available for breakfast, and the food was delicious.

There were a few aspects that I didn't particularly like. the parking situation was unclear, as I was not informed beforehand and ended up paying unnecessarily.

I really got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was updated and very comfortable, with nice amenities like a quality kettle and TV. The location was beautiful, surrounded by old walls and peaceful. The staff, especially Lisa the hotel manager, were incredibly professional and made my stay even better. I would definitely book here again.

Great location - with bars, restaurants, and a ferry nearby, as well as easy access to the town via bus or a short walk. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and even went the extra mile to make our wedding anniversary special. The period property had a nice blend of historical features and modern amenities.

Recently stayed at the hotel for a family break. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful sea view from both windows. The en-suite was also generously sized and provided plenty of hooks for hanging towels and clothes. The hotel's location is excellent, with a short walk to the Barbican and a convenient ferry across the marina. On-site parking and friendly staff were additional bonuses. Plenty of dining options nearby.

The welcome from Gus was very nice! The room was lovely, well-equipped, and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was also very enjoyable. The elegant and historic location added to the experience.

The room supplies could be improved, with easier access to tea, coffee, and milk, as well as the availability of decaffeinated coffee. There should be more electric outlets, and the hairdryer cord was too short.

Rooms By Bistrot Pierre is ideally located in the heart of the city, making it convenient to explore and enjoy all that Plymouth has to offer. The hotel is situated in the Royal William Yard, which is a delightfully refurbished area with a rich history and stunning views of the marina. The rooms are clean and well-designed, with modern amenities such as a shower and heating, while still maintaining charming historical features like wooden shutters and high ceilings. The breakfast provided is delicious and the staff offers excellent service. The view from the rooms overlooking the pretty garden and Firestone Bay is truly breathtaking.

One small drawback is that there is no place in the room to charge an electric toothbrush or shaver, so be sure to bring a two-pin plug adapter.

I had an exceptional stay at Rooms By Bistrot Pierre. The room I stayed in was beautifully presented with a contemporary and cosy design. It was impeccably clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to lovely cafes, bars, and restaurants. I enjoyed a delightful breakfast at the restaurant across the Green. The views from the hotel were breathtaking, especially during a walk around the Royal William Yard. The manager and staff were extremely helpful and friendly throughout my stay. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel for a lovely weekend getaway.
