The location of this hotel was fantastic, within walking distance of the train station, supermarkets, and ticketing to FIRST. The staff at this hotel were excellent, providing great service and always being friendly. The basic amenities provided in the rooms were of good quality and were well-maintained. The scenic view from the hotel was beautiful, offering a great backdrop during the stay.

The location is great, right in the centre of the main street and near to the train station, just a 3-minute walk away. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable facilities and a nice view of the Eiger. the buffet dinner offered had horrible tasting food, and when we provided feedback, they only offered a discounted rate as what was offered at the front desk.

The apartment had everything we needed, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable rooms, big bathroom, amazing view.

We had a fantastic time staying at this budget-friendly apart hotel. The location was perfect, only a few minutes from the train station and convenience stores, making it easy for us to explore all the attractions we wanted to visit. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the complimentary afternoon tea and the fitness center. The room itself was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

One minor issue was the lack of cooking oil and salt provided in the pantry for simple cooking.

I had a wonderful stay at Aparthotel Eiger in Grindelwald. The location was fantastic, with shops, restaurants, trains, and buses just a short walk away. The apartment itself was spacious and clean, and the balcony offered a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. The kitchen had everything I needed, except for a microwave-safe bowl. The friendly staff provided excellent service, and the attached restaurants served delicious traditional meals at reasonable prices. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, comfortable accommodations, and friendly atmosphere.

This hotel is right in the center of town, so it's close to everything, including shops and the train station. The rooms have a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains, making it a perfect place to wake up to every morning. I also loved the fact that they have a fitness center with a small playroom, which was great for keeping my kids entertained. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and gave us a great start to our day.

Had an amazing xmas holiday with great complementary factors like the fruit and drinks provided which added a personal touch. the location was fantastic with easy access to the shops and train station nearby. the view from our balcony was breathtaking and added an extra sense of relaxation to our holiday.

The kitchen could have been better equipped with basic appliances like a toaster or a microwave and the washer cycle was quite long. the shower's one temperature setting was a bit tricky to manage as well.
