Excellent location, just a short walk to lifts; convenient ski storage room with boot driers; nice spa area; clean rooms with full kitchens; ample storage space; separate sinks in bedrooms for larger groups; friendly and helpful staff.

The apartment was conveniently located, with the cable-car station and ski rentals within a short walking distance. The kitchen in the apartment was equipped with everything needed for cooking, such as a coffee machine and stove with an oven. The spa facilities, including the sauna and steam room, were top-notch and perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes.

The entrance to the apartment was down a 100m tunnel and up a slow lift, which made it a bit inconvenient to access.

We had a wonderful stay at these apartments in Zermatt. the retro feel of our studio apartment was charming, and the balcony offered breathtaking views of the Matterhorn. the location was perfect - quiet and relaxing, yet still close enough to easily access central Zermatt. the well-supplied kitchen and luxurious bathtub were added bonuses. the staff were excellent and accommodating. Highly recommended!

The property is well situated to the trails and mountains. Unique access tunnel installed by the host's grandfather. Morning bread delivery is a nice option. Wonderful room with a view of the Matterhorn. Fantastical pillows and linens. Helpful and friendly owner.

Felt so relaxed, no reason to complain.
