Located in a prime area, this place offers incredible service with polite and friendly staff who went out of their way to offer exceptional assistance. The room is spacious, clean, and equipped with all the basic amenities like mini-bar and tea/coffee facilities. The hotel provides additional facilities like car hire, dry cleaning, and laundry service. My stay here was made more comfortable with the shuttle service provided which saved me the hassle of finding transport. The best part of my stay was the incredible spa with a jacuzzi and massage facilities which made for a truly relaxing experience.

Its location is unbeatable, with easy access to the local attractions, restaurants, and supermarkets within a short walking distance. The rooms were clean, tidy, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space for young families. The staff was attentive and helpful, ensuring a memorable experience. Additionally, the breakfast options were delicious, especially the Pho.

It would be beneficial if the hotel provided better signage for their food options, as it was unclear what some of the items were.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Hanoi. the property was conveniently located within walking distance to the main attractions and restaurants. the front desk attendants, James and Rose, were incredibly friendly and helpful. the rooms were spacious, clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. the hotel manager, Mrs Moon, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. She upgraded our rooms to family rooms without any additional cost and provided us with helpful instructions. the entire staff was polite and the breakfast was delicious. We highly recommend this hotel to others.

We loved the warm welcome from Ms. Moon - she greeted us with enthusiasm and made us feel right at home. The attention to detail was exceptional, and they even bid us farewell on the day of check-out. The room we stayed in was spacious and had two comfortable queen beds, perfect for our party of four. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, and we enjoyed the natural sunlight that filled the space when the windows were opened. The location of the hotel was excellent, only a 5-10 minute walk from the lake area which offered shops and restaurants that stayed open late at night.

During my Christmas stay, I loved the hospitality of the staff who went out of their way to suggest places to eat and visit. the rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable, making it an ideal place to rest after a long day out.

Our room lacked a window, which created a slight inconvenience, and the bathroom floor would get wet because of the leaky shower. Although the location was central and accessible, the noise from the street could be bothersome at times, affecting my sleep quality.
