Clean and modern rooms with comfortable beds.

I was extremely disappointed with the service. When I ordered a white wine with my dinner, it never arrived, and the waitress only seemed to remember to bring it after I finished my meal. Additionally, the shower was frustratingly small and the drain was slow, leaving me standing in pooled water, which made getting out quite treacherous. Overall, I expected more from a hotel of this caliber, especially when it came to attention to detail and staff responsiveness.

I appreciate the perfect location just steps from the train station, making travel simple and convenient. The room features a Nespresso machine and a small kitchen area, adding comfort and functionality to my stay.

The curtains could use better light-blocking to enhance sleep quality.

The location is unbeatable, just 1 minute from the train station! ! Modern amenities, spacious room with a Nespresso machine, and refreshingly efficient housekeeping made for a pleasant stay.

Expect noise from street traffic and parties nearby, which can disrupt the peace. Be mindful as breakfast variety falls short compared to other hotels in the area.

The rooms were spacious and the staff was super helpful. We enjoyed getting the Riviera Card for free transport around the area and discounts. Don’t miss the nearby Swiss Camera Museum and Alimentarium for a fun time! Perfect spot for families and friends alike.

I noticed the curtains didn’t do a great job blocking out light in the morning. It was a little bright for my liking. Just something to keep in mind for future guests.

Superb location—just across from the train station & a quick walk to the lakeside! The staff was incredibly helpful, even remembering our morning coffee orders. Breakfast spread was tasty, with loads of breads and cheeses.

A bit more variety in the fruit and veggies at breakfast would be awesome. Our bathroom could’ve used a refresh.
