I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location couldn't have been better, as it was right outside the train station. It made getting around so convenient. The service was top-notch, from the friendly and knowledgeable reception staff to the attentive housekeeping and wait staff in the restaurant. The room amenities were superb, with a comfortable bed, ironing facilities, and a mini-bar. I also loved the fact that there was a terrace where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The hotel even offered free toiletries and a welcome drink upon arrival, which added an extra special touch to my stay. The leisure facilities were outstanding, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and spa centre. I felt truly pampered and relaxed during my time here.

Great location, just opposite the train station and a short walk to the lake and shops. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The fitness center, jacuzzi, and sauna were a great addition. The food in the restaurant was excellent, offering a good selection for breakfast.

There were a few negatives during our stay. The air conditioning in the room wasn't working, and as the hotel was located on a busy street, we had to open the window, which resulted in a lot of noise.

Perfect location for train arrivals, only 50m away. Commercial center 200m away. 5-7 minute walk to the lake. Rivera transportation card included. Many nearby restaurants. Good AC and Wi-Fi.

The staff here were very nice, kind, attentive, and accommodating. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were very nice and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was excellent, with heavenly croissants and a variety of delicious options to choose from. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that exceeded our expectations.
