My stay at this hotel was excellent. The location was very central and close to the red light area, which made it convenient for exploring the city. The hotel is also just a short walk from the train station and a short distance from the lake. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering me a free public transport pass for the duration of my stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, and I even received a turn-down service with chocolates on my bed each evening.

While the staff were generally helpful, there were a few instances where they were not as welcoming as I had expected. Additionally, when I asked about a strange smell in the room, they were not able to provide a clear explanation.

Though some areas surrounding the hotel may be unsafe at night. the rooms were well-equipped and the staff were gentle. In one example, the receptionist promptly upgraded a guest's room to a suite due to an issue. There were also connected rooms available.

That the room could have been a bit bigger. when we had to check out early in the morning, the front doors were locked and there was no reception on duty to guide us.

This made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the city and also travel to the airport using the frequent trains from the nearby station. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and our room had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was nice as well. The staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
