I can't say enough about the excellent value for the money at this hotel. The room was absolutely stunning with a breathtaking view of the Swiss Alps from the balcony. The staff treated me like royalty, always warm, friendly, and incredibly welcoming. Truly a top-notch experience.

The breakfast option could use some improvement by offering more variety for vegetarian and halal guests.

Some small details were missed by housekeeping, such as items in the minibar or towels. the hotel is quite expensive, but it is worth it for a special occasion or treat.

Additionally, guests are treated to a box of handmade chocolates as a farewell gift, which resemble the towers of the hotel.

the Spa & Wellness Centre was simply amazing, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, and steam room. the massage I received was unbeatable and left me feeling completely rejuvenated.

The service was not completely satisfactory, as staff was slow to respond to some of my requests. while the restaurant had plenty of good options, the breakfast menu was not as varied as I would have expected from such a high-end hotel.

I didn't even have to waste any time on check-in! the luxurious and elegant atmosphere of the hotel made me feel like I was stepping back in time. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the attention to detail was evident, from the chandelier over the bed to the exquisite toiletries in the spacious bathroom. the hotel's spa and kids club were top-notch, providing a wonderful retreat for relaxation and entertainment. And let's not forget the indulgent breakfast spread, which was a feast for both the eyes and the stomach. my experience at Badrutt's Palace Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary.

The complimentary mountain passes were a great bonus, and the hotel even arranged for transportation from the train station in a Rolls Royce. Spent my Christmas holidays at a fancy hotel in the Alps. the view from the room was breathtaking and the daily breakfast buffet was delicious. the location is perfect, only a short walk from the ski slopes and close to shops. the hotel staff was kind and helpful with everything we needed.

The hotel needs some renovations and updates. the room was not well maintained, the carpet was dirty and some of the furniture was worn out.

The location was perfect, just a short ride away from the shops and close to the train station. Our room was gorgeous, with a comfortable bed and a well-maintained bathroom. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel like royalty, and the breakfast served was top-notch. The hotel also had a stunning pool and spa area that added to the indulgence of our stay.

The cancellation policy for the spa was not very accommodating. Even though I couldn't make it due to illness, I was charged the full amount for the services I had booked.
