I can't say enough about the excellent value for the money at this hotel. The room was absolutely stunning with a breathtaking view of the Swiss Alps from the balcony. The staff treated me like royalty, always warm, friendly, and incredibly welcoming. Truly a top-notch experience.

The Spa & Wellness Centre was simply amazing, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, and steam room. The massage I received was unbeatable and left me feeling completely rejuvenated. The hotel's location advantages were also a plus, with its stunning garden area and infinity pool offering breathtaking views of the mountains.

The service was not completely satisfactory, as staff was slow to respond to some of my requests. Additionally, while the restaurant had plenty of good options, the breakfast menu was not as varied as I would have expected from such a high-end hotel.

Spent my Christmas holidays at a fancy hotel in the Alps. The view from the room was breathtaking and the daily breakfast buffet was delicious. The location is perfect, only a short walk from the ski slopes and close to shops. The hotel staff was kind and helpful with everything we needed.

The hotel needs some renovations and updates. The room was not well maintained, the carpet was dirty and some of the furniture was worn out.

The cancellation policy for the spa was not very accommodating. Even though I couldn't make it due to illness, I was charged the full amount for the services I had booked.
