The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. the room we stayed in was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. the bathroom was also very clean. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the location of the hotel was great, with convenient access to the city center via the local shuttle service. We also appreciated the ample parking space and the balcony in our room, which offered beautiful views. we highly recommend Balm for a wonderful stay in Lucerne.

The hotel was extremely clean, and the towels provided were clean, soft, and of high quality. The breakfast spread was amazing with delicious food options. The hotel also had a small pool in the backyard which was a great way to relax. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. It was a perfect location, with easy access to public transportation and a quiet area with friendly locals. The fact that the hotel provided a travel card for free public transport in the city was a great perk.

During our honeymoon, we had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful hotel next to Luzerne called Balm. the hotel itself is situated in a quiet neighborhood and is exceptionally clean. the staff, particularly Yanik at the front desk, were incredibly helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. We were thrilled to be upgraded to a larger room with a stunning patio overlooking the lake and mountains. the comfortable beds and immaculate bathroom with two sinks and a great shower were delightful. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast with a fantastic variety of meats, cheeses, breads, and cereals. Another bonus was the free bus pass to explore Luzerne, which conveniently picked up and dropped off right outside the hotel. With its location, it was also easy to drive to various locations outside of Luzerne.

I spent Easter at this hotel and had a lovely experience. the breakfast was very nice and I appreciated the two complementary facts offered. the hotel is situated in a picturesque location with beautiful views of the mountains. I particularly enjoyed the convenience of having a bus stop right outside the hotel.

there was no elevator, which made it difficult to carry my luggage up to the second floor. Finally, although the hotel provided a small electric radiator, the lack of functioning radiators made the room feel a bit chilly.

The hotel staff was very helpful with everything, from parking to providing information on things to do. The location was perfect, right off the bus stop and close to the lake. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a great selection of food and the staff was friendly.

The staff was excellent - always ready to help with any request, whether it was assisting us with our luggage or providing us with hot water and cups for coffee in our room. They also helped us plan our vacation in the area. The view from our room was great, with a beautiful view of the mountains across the lake. The hotel facilities were impressive, including an amazing on-site restaurant with the best food we have ever had. The prices were reasonable compared to other places in Switzerland. Additionally, the hotel offered a pool, free bus transportation with the included travel card, and free parking right in front of the hotel. The location was peaceful and perfect for walks, with a bus stop conveniently located right outside the hotel that took us to the nearby city in just 20 minutes.

I recently stayed at a hotel near the centre of Luzern called Balm and it was a wonderful experience. The family room I stayed in was well-designed and comfortable. The bistro served excellent food and had stunning views over the mountains. The breakfast options were delicious and the staff at both the reception and the bistro were very attentive. I highly recommend staying at this hotel and would definitely choose it again.
