oh, where do I even start? Air conditioning in a 28C room would have been nice, but no, I got the noise from church bells every 15 minutes instead. I also expected some kind of welcome gift for putting up with all this, but alas, just disappointment. Almost wrote a good review, but just couldn’t.

Waking up each morning to the stunning views of Lake Thun and the Niesen mountain was an unforgettable experience. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a great variety, and the staff was kind and accommodating, making it feel like home.

The room could have used more electrical outlets, as charging devices became a bit tricky. Also, the check-in time was a bit limited, which could be inconvenient for some travelers.

Ah, what a stay! The views of Lake Thun and the Niesen mountain were just jaw-droppin'. The brekkie was a feast, with everything from regional cheese to fresh fruit. Just a shame the pull-out bed for our lad was a bit rough for a teenager. I'd defo come back!

The panoramic bridge walk with discount vouchers was stunning. Absolutely loved the trekking at St Beatus caves. Our room had incredible views of the lake and mountains. Perfect location for exploring the quaint village and its cute shops made our trip special.

Service is a bit of an early bird. you're only dining until 9 pm most days. So, if you find yourself starving after a long day, it’s taxi time, and that’s a pricey little jaunt!
