The hotel staff were friendly with a good command of English. The hotel room was clean and spacious with a lovely balcony. The hotel offered candlelit dinners and breakfast with beautiful views of the mountains. The hotel owners were hospitable and organized special celebrations over the Christmas period. The location was convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and the train station. The hotel was pet-friendly, accommodating dogs and providing a doggie bag dispenser.

This hotel is a great find in the Bernese Oberland. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, even providing a complimentary room when ours wasn't quite ready. The location is perfect, being just a short walk from the train station and central to the town. The rooms are comfortable, with some having recently been renovated, offering a nice view of the mountains and spacious bathrooms. Breakfast is included in the rate and has a wide variety of options, including hot and cold choices, as well as gluten-free options. this hotel offers great value for money and attention to detail.

The hotel offered complimentary gingerbread cookies and mulled wine during Christmas time, which was a nice touch. the location was great for skiing, with easy access to the lifts. the staff was friendly and helpful.

As foreign tourists, we loved the well-maintained Belle Epoque style of the hotel. The renovated rooms kept the original style and the dining hall and bar were magnificent. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the view from the dining hall and back room was great. The location was superb, with easy access to transportation and nearby attractions. The breakfast was excellent with a nice variety of options, and our spacious comfort room had a large bathroom.
