A comfortable one night stay on our way from Sussex to Scotland. I had a wonderful stay at a warm and friendly pub, with delicious homemade food, great desserts, and a good breakfast the next morning. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. I would highly recommend this place for a cozy and enjoyable stay.

The hotel's location close to the vehicle entrance of the pub car park is convenient for easy access. the beautiful surrounding countryside offers lovely walks. the service provided by the staff was excellent, ensuring a peaceful stay. the rooms in the adjacent building are quiet and comfortable, offering a relaxing atmosphere.

All was satisfactory during our stay.

We stayed at The Robin Hood Inn while walking the Gritstone Trail. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the trail. The warm welcome and cozy atmosphere in the bar, complete with an open fire, were exactly what we needed after a long day of hiking. Our quiet and comfortable room in the cottage provided a great night's sleep, and the hot, powerful shower was a refreshing treat. The continental breakfast, delivered to our room, allowed for an early start the next day.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
