The staff was incredibly friendly, genuine, and always went above and beyond to make us feel special. The family suite was perfect for our family of 5 with a separate kids room and bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and the views from the balcony were breathtaking. The pool and hot tubs were a great way to relax at the end of the day. Can't wait to come back!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was flooded with daylight and had a fresh and comfortable decor. The modern and clean bathroom added to our comfort. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to the train station and the main street in town, yet still quiet. The stunning views from the hotel were absolutely amazing. We were also impressed with the efficient breakfast box service for early departures. The in-room hot drinks facilities were convenient and worked well. The private transfer service provided by the hotel was flawless. The staff at the reception and restaurant were all polite and helpful, with special mention to Hendrik Kiehne for his marvelous service.

We recently had a romantic escape in Grindelwald and stayed at the most incredible hotel. the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning location and breathtaking views. Waking up to the mountain vista every morning was like a dream come true. the hotel also offered a delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of choices. Additionally, the hotel was perfectly situated within walking distance of all the main attractions and public transportation. It made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the area without needing to use our car.

In all honesty, we can't think of a single negative aspect of our stay. the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, from the friendly staff to the comfortable rooms and excellent facilities.

The hotel had a stunning view and the location was perfect, with easy access to the main attractions. the complementary glass of fizz on arrival was a nice touch, adding a special touch to the stay. the spa was modern and enjoyable, offering relaxation after a long day of sightseeing.

The room, although clean and spacious, lacked the luxury I expected for the price. the furnishings were basic, including uncomfortable tub chairs that weren't ideal for lounging.

Best Xmas experience ever! Loved the views from room balcony & great location near shops & cable cars. the restaurant had amazing food, best breakfast options & Xmas eve dinner was divine. the staff were so warm & friendly. Sauna & outdoor jacuzzi were a treat. Can’t wait to go back!
