The rooms are well-appointed and some even come with a balcony looking out on the Alps. The breakfast buffet is delicious and offers a variety of options to start your day.

Clean clothes are a breeze with the self-service laundry, and the delicious dinner and breakfast spread are not to be missed.

Dining at the hotel was an absolute pleasure, with great service and beautifully presented 4 course meals. the hotel's central location in Kandersteg was also a plus, with easy access to hiking paths and transportation options. my experience at this family-run hotel was exceptional.

Located in the heart of the Swiss Alps, we had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly, provided excellent service and were always willing to offer advice on how to make the most of the surrounding area. the hotel provided a delicious breakfast each morning with plenty of fresh fruit, bread, and hot food available. It was great to have a safe in the room where we could store our valuables while out hiking. On top of all this, the hotel was situated in the perfect location for hikers, with several trails starting just outside the door and the train station only a short walk away.

Honestly, we couldn't find anything we didn't like about this hotel. the rooms were comfortable, the food was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable.
