Great location. Short walk to city center and Boboli Gardens. Not too busy street. Many nearby restaurants and groceries. Free breakfast, very nice lady. Clean, spacious, cool room with character. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Non-tourist side of river. Wonderful breakfast with plenty to eat. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location.

The hotel truly exceeded our expectations. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. They provided us with great recommendations for places to visit and delicious dining options in the local area. I was particularly impressed with the level of security at the hotel, with two locked doors before reaching the rooms. The availability of food and drink 24 hours a day was a real bonus after long days exploring. The room itself was spacious, clean, and decorated with great attention to detail. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot summer days. The breakfast served had a wide variety of options and the coffee was especially good.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

a pleasant stay. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the main attractions but away from the tourist crowds. the room was spacious and clean, with a fridge and safe deposit box provided. Having access to the dining room for snacks and coffee throughout the day was a nice perk.

They only wanted to book with a specific company they knew, which did not offer the tour we wanted.
