We stayed at Best Western in Lugano for our anniversary and were delighted by the exceptional service and attention to detail. The location was perfect, offering stunning views of the lake from both our spacious terrace and the smaller balcony off the bedroom. The staff were all incredibly friendly and made our romantic staycation truly memorable. We will definitely be returning!

I recently had a lovely stay at a 4-star hotel here. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially in the restaurant. They even remembered my lactose intolerance without me having to remind them. The location was great, just a short walk from the city center and close to the boat stop. The view of the lake was breathtaking, and my room had a pleasant ambiance. The bed and bath were excellent, providing enhanced comfort. The staff were always willing to please and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable.

The only minor issue was the elevator, which could be a bit slow at times. However, this should not deter anyone from staying here.
