This hotel was a great find! The location was incredible, just near the train station and close to restaurants and shops. The rooms were small but very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was delicious, with all the options I like in the morning.

All in all, everything was ok.

Celebrating the New Year at this hotel was a terrific experience. the food was of great quality and there were complimentary drinks on New Year’s Eve. the location was perfect with a bustling nightlife, many restaurants and shops around. the hotel was situated in a quiet area despite the busy location, perfect for a good night’s sleep. the staff was friendly and helpful at all times.

That didn't detract from our overall experience at the hotel. We will definitely be back next year!

The hotel is conveniently located next to a train station, making it easily accessible for business travelers. The room was spacious and clean, with blackout curtains and quiet air-conditioning. The bathroom was sparkling and there was plenty of additional storage space. The staff went above and beyond, even sourcing gluten-free bread for a guest with dietary restrictions. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including sausages, eggs, breads, juices.

The prices at the on-site restaurant seemed quite high, even for Swiss standards.

The towels were soft and luxurious, just like the ones I have at home. It made me feel pampered and comfortable during my stay. The hotel parking was clearly explained to me prior to arrival, making it easy for me to navigate and park my car.

Although I found a few drawbacks in the database reviews, such as the lack of early check-in and the poor breakfast experience, I did not personally experience any of these issues. Therefore, I highly recommend Hotel Wartmann Am Bahnhof for its excellent service, cleanliness, and convenient location.

While the shower had good pressure, it was a bit tricky to control the water flow and prevent water from splashing onto the bathroom floor. the explanation of how the parking system worked upon check-in was not very helpful, and could have been explained with more customer support attitude.
