This hotel is in a prime location, making it easy to access public transport and explore all the attractions of the city. It is close to the historical centre, just a short walk to the cathedral. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with great shower areas for a relaxing stay. The staff are excellent, going out of their way to assist guests with car parking and even helping to arrange tours of the Alhambra.

The hotel can get a little noisy late at night, so I recommend bringing earplugs for a peaceful sleep.

Class, comfort, and centralized! Beautiful decor and hotel in general with an almost perfect location. the rooms are styled very classically and offer great city views. Calle Elvira, the Alhambra, and the Cathedral are all relatively close. the hotel itself is very classy and is apparent as you walk through the halls. Rooms also had extremely comfy beds, blankets, and pillows.

Could use more soap in the bathroom. Unfortunately, the water pipes are very noisy when the water is running in adjacent rooms, and we had two separate neighbors taking showers around midnight, keeping us up.

As women traveling alone, we truly appreciated the helpful and friendly staff at this centrally located hotel. The convenient proximity to a main road made it easy for us to grab taxis whenever we needed. The super comfortable beds ensured that we had a great rest during our stay.

During our Xmas trip, we were pleased with the free coffee and tea that were provided in the lobby, it was a nice gesture from the hotel. the location was great, super close to the cathedral and many restaurants. We also enjoyed the fact that our room had a beautiful view of the city.
