I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right next to the train station in Switzerland. It made it very convenient for me to explore the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I also loved the hotel facilities, particularly the spacious rooms and well-designed toilets. The breakfast offered a good selection, and the hotel provided easy access to transportation options.

Everything is what I need and want.

The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of hot and cold options to choose from. The location was also very convenient, close to the railway station and metro, which made it easy to explore the city. we received a complimentary voucher for free public transportation, which was a nice perk.

Disliked aspects: However, there were a few downsides. The construction site right outside the hotel was quite noisy and disruptive.

We were amazed by this place! It is perfectly located near the train station and on a main road, making it easy to find. The service was top-notch, from the room service to the car hire. The in-room amenities were great, including an ironing board and tea and coffee facilities. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The staff at the reception desk were friendly and always ready to assist. We also enjoyed the leisure options, such as the indoor swimming pool and sun terrace.

Highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Convenient location near train station, lovely terrace garden and comfortable rooms with balconies. Quality and reasonably priced food. Friendly and helpful staff. Quick access to Ouchy and downtown area by bus. Spacious and clean rooms with big bathrooms. AC is a plus. Variety offered in breakfast buffet. Efficient check-in and check-out process. Highly recommended! The older gentleman at reception is exceptional. Great start to the holiday. Charming Indian restaurant opposite hotel. Great food and service there too.

Our romantic escape was enchanting! the staff were fantastic, made our stay unforgettable by providing us with some special treats in our room. the location was absolutely ideal since we could easily explore the town and reach the lake within a short walk. We enjoyed the complimentary bus pass which gave us the opportunity to explore even more. the food was incredible, we had some of the best meals during our stay!

The only minor issue was that we found the hot breakfast items a bit lacking. we had an amazing time and would love to return!

The old-fashioned vibes were so cool, and the staff were mad friendly and helpful. The buffet brekkie was bomb and gave us the energy to hit up the sick bike park nearby. Whether we were shredding it on the trails or chilling at the playground, this hotel was the perfect base for all our teen adventures. Can't wait to go back!

The only thing we wished for was a better party scene. Don't get me wrong, the hotel was dope, but it would've been even sicker if they had some sick parties or events for us young and wild folks.

The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and had a fantastic view of the lake. The balcony was a great addition, allowing us to relax and enjoy our morning coffee. The hotel provided free public transportation tickets, which made it easy for us to explore the city without worrying about transportation. The breakfast at the hotel had a good variety of options and was satisfying. we were impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel.

Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the limited availability of utensils during breakfast and the need for better mattress quality, I would still highly recommend Best Western for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Lausanne. our experience was fantastic, and we would definitely choose this hotel again.
