Immersed in the beautiful jungle surroundings, Habitas Bacalar was a tranquil paradise. The tipi tent rooms were a delightful combination of comfort and modern decor, and the outdoor shower was a refreshing touch. The food, made with local ingredients, was exceptionally delicious and cooked in a healthy manner. The staff were always friendly, attentive, and helpful. With activities like yoga and nearby attractions such as Mayan ruins, this was the perfect place to relax and explore. I highly recommend this hotel for a unique and unforgettable experience.

The breakfast was good and included in the reservation, which was great. the smoothies were delicious and the local ingredients used in the food made it even better. the location was perfect, right in the heart of nature and away from the hustle and bustle of city life. the outdoor shower was a unique experience and it added to the relaxation factor.

The hotel staff was not accommodating at all. There were wasps in the room and it became impossible to stay inside.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience that fulfilled all my exclusive amenities needs. the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional and helped me relax and rejuvenate my body and mind. the garden area was an enchanting place to take a walk or sit down and enjoy the view. the restaurant provided delicious dishes and the bar/lounge area was the perfect place to unwind. The private facilities made me feel like a VIP and the location advantages were outstanding. Cons: the hotel staff could improve their service by paying more attention to minor details like remembering the room numbers of their guests.

The location of the hotel is stunning, right on the beautiful lagoon. The rooms are unique, with tented designs and amazing outdoor showers. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, going above and beyond expectations. The breakfast offered is delicious and the daily schedule with activities is well thought out.

Management could have done more to address this issue.
