We were pleasantly surprised to find a warm and friendly atmosphere at Bolero Appartements. The location was perfect, with easy access to the main ski lifts and the town for shopping. The room itself was basic but functional, had everything we needed, and was very comfortable. The keys were conveniently waiting for us in the post-box with a personalized sign on our door, giving us a warm welcome. The chalet was ideal for families, equipped with all the necessary amenities and offering beautiful views of the Matterhorn. Despite a few small drawbacks like the lack of soap in the bathroom and slow oven, we found our stay enjoyable and good value for money. I highly recommend Bolero Appartements for a pleasant and convenient stay.

The cleanliness was top-notch, with the room being warm and tidy. The hotel facilities were great, with a kitchenette area that allowed me to prepare my own meals. The location was fantastic, being very close to the ski lift and within walking distance to the local supermarket. The staff were nice and welcoming, and they even allowed me to check in earlier and check out later.

We had a fantastic stay at the apartment! It offered great value for money and was spacious and clean. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the Gondola Lift and the village center where you'll find plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops. The apartment had all the necessary facilities including cooking facilities, a fridge, and a television. We also loved the added bonus of the property's spa, perfect for relaxing after a day of walking. We will definitely be returning next year!

Very close to the ski lift, only a 5-minute walk away. Located in a very quiet neighborhood. Within 10 minutes walking distance to the main shopping street in Zermatt. Excellent value in a sea of very expensive apartments
