We were greeted by friendly and welcoming staff who immediately made us feel at home. the complementary hot cocoa and cookies in the lobby were a perfect way to warm up after a long trip. the location of the hotel was ideal for exploring the town, with easy access to all the shops and restaurants. the complimentary shuttle service to the nearby Christmas markets was a nice touch and it saved us time and trouble.
