The room was clean and comfortable with a great view of the lake. The staff was friendly and helpful during our stay. The location was excellent, with easy access to Interlaken via train or bus. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had a wide variety of delicious options.

Another great aspect was the very friendly and helpful staff. They went out of their way to assist us with anything we needed and provided useful information about the city. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect as it was just a short walk from the train station and had a wide parking area for our car.

Although the hotel had many positive aspects, one downside was the limited eating options available. However, we were able to arrange for a pizza takeaway, so it wasn't a major issue.

The breakfast spread offers a great variety of items, especially the local cheese, and the large dining room overlooking the lake adds to the pleasant dining experience.

The hotel's complimentary bus card made it convenient to travel to Interlaken, which was only 10 minutes away. The 24/7 availability of refreshments and beers downstairs was a nice touch. Breakfast was delicious, and the breakfast staff were friendly and attentive.

Although there was no restaurant, the staff happily provided cutlery and even uncorked our wine for a cozy night in.
