We had a fantastic experience at Hotel Bristol during our recent stay. We were in Geneva for a weekend getaway and found the location to be perfect. The hotel is just a short walk from the old town and Lake Geneva, making it convenient to explore the city. The room was clean, renovated, and had all the amenities we needed, including a comfortable bed and a great air conditioning system. The staff, especially Arnauld at the concierge, were extremely helpful and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and directions around town. The buffet breakfast was also outstanding, with a wide variety of options. We will definitely choose this hotel again when we visit in the future.

The hotel was in a great location, close to the city center and train station, which made it easy for us to explore the area. the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. the staff was friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the hotel restaurant, with tasty and well-presented dishes.

One downside was that there was some construction work going on during our stay, which was a bit noisy on the first day. However, it didn't continue on weekends and didn't bother us much after that.

The location couldn't have been better! The hotel was close to the lake and within walking distance to restaurants. We also loved the fact that they provided the Geneva pass for public transportation. The staff was quick to respond to our calls and requests, and they even addressed our iron and iron board requests immediately. The room and bathroom were both clean and nicely furnished. As guests with children, we appreciated the quiet bedroom with solid walls and the nice view over a quiet square.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff, including Mr. Jose, Teddy, and Guillume, were amazing. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The housekeeping was top-notch, keeping everything clean and tidy. The restaurant and bar in the lobby were also excellent, serving delicious food with great presentation. The hotel's location was very convenient, as it was close to the bridges connecting to the city center and the train station.

The staff here are very helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure that we had a comfortable stay. The service room service, car hire, and dry cleaning were all top-notch. The room amenities were also impressive, with a mini-bar, in-room safe, and a comfortable sitting area. The spa facilities were a highlight for us, as we really enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.
