We had a fantastic experience at Hotel Bristol during our recent stay. We were in Geneva for a weekend getaway and found the location to be perfect. The hotel is just a short walk from the old town and Lake Geneva, making it convenient to explore the city. The room was clean, renovated, and had all the amenities we needed, including a comfortable bed and a great air conditioning system. The staff, especially Arnauld at the concierge, were extremely helpful and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and directions around town. The buffet breakfast was also outstanding, with a wide variety of options. We will definitely choose this hotel again when we visit in the future.

The hotel was in a great location, close to the city center and train station, which made it easy for us to explore the area. the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. the staff was friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the hotel restaurant, with tasty and well-presented dishes.

One downside was that there was some construction work going on during our stay, which was a bit noisy on the first day. However, it didn't continue on weekends and didn't bother us much after that.

Staying here was an amazing experience. I loved the location near the water and it was easy to get around town. The service was impeccable, always with a smile and eager to help. I also enjoyed the amenities, especially the spa with its massages, steam room, and sauna. You can tell they really care about their guests with the welcome drink and thoughtful touches in the room like the mini-bar and soundproofing.

The hotel facilities, including the small gym and spa, were also a wonderful addition to my stay.

The location couldn't have been better! The hotel was close to the lake and within walking distance to restaurants. We also loved the fact that they provided the Geneva pass for public transportation. The staff was quick to respond to our calls and requests, and they even addressed our iron and iron board requests immediately. The room and bathroom were both clean and nicely furnished. As guests with children, we appreciated the quiet bedroom with solid walls and the nice view over a quiet square.
