We had a fantastic stay in this city centre apartment. The location was perfect, right next to the main street with shops and cafes, and just a short walk up to the castle. The apartment was spacious, very clean, and had excellent facilities. It had everything we needed for our stay, including a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine. Additionally, the views from our windows were amazing, with sights of the castle, Old Town, Arthur's Seat, Scott Monument. The hotel also had convenient parking options nearby and was easily accessible by public transportation.

The location is central and close to restaurants/bars. The room is modern with a coffee machine and a castle view. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped, and clean. The bed is comfortable, and the blinds keep the room dark. The entry system is effective.

We recently stayed at Destiny Scotland Hanover for a wonderful weekend getaway. The location was absolutely perfect, just a short 5-minute walk from Waverley station and right on Princes street. The room was incredibly spacious and had an amazing view of the castle. It was spotless and we had no issues whatsoever. The pin code system for access was a breeze, no need to worry about keys. The hotel is also conveniently located near restaurants, shops, and public transportation.

Would recommend this hotel.

Convenient location off main street and close to train station. Well-equipped apartments with helpful staff. Limited instructions for appliances but manageable. Great for exploring the city and easily accessible by local buses.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk from the main train station and close to all the attractions, restaurants, and bars. It was so convenient to be able to explore the city without needing to travel far. the apartment itself had all the amenities we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen with everything we needed to cook our own meals. the bathroom was also very nice, with high-quality fixtures and a great shower.

There was no lift in the building, so we had to lug our heavy suitcases up three flights of tight and cramped stairs. It was definitely not ideal, especially since we didn't realize there was no lift when we booked.

We had a fantastic stay at Hanover Apartments! the location was perfect, with easy access to the airport tram stop and within walking distance of the Royal Mile and castle. the apartment itself was beautiful, clean, and spacious, with all the amenities we needed. It felt like a home away from home. We especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen. We will definitely be returning to Hanover when we come back to this vibrant city.

It was within walking distance of all the main attractions and close to the train station. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and a very comfy bed. There was also parking available nearby, although it was limited in spaces.

The communication with the cleaner and the issue with incorrect information caused a delay in our plans.

our stay at 18 hanover street was amazing! the apartment was beautifully decorated and well-equipped, making it the perfect place for a self-contained break. the location was superb, just a short walk from waverley station and all the city landmarks. the best part was the affordable price compared to nearby hotels.

Parking was not available and we had to park half a mile away in a public carpark.

Big, comfortable rooms with well-stocked kitchens - the apartments provide a spacious and cozy environment, allowing guests to relax and enjoy their stay. - Modern and stylish - the recent renovation has given the building a fresh and trendy look, enhancing the overall experience.

No elevator - the lack of a lift can be inconvenient, especially for guests with children, heavy luggage, or mobility issues. Noisy pipes and creaks - Light sleepers may have trouble getting a good night's rest due to the old building's creaky floors and noisy plumbing.

central location, comfy apartment, everything provided, great soundproofing, perfect for exploring Edinburgh, will definitely stay again.

Challenging stairs for less able people.

The location was outstanding, with the hotel right in the centre of everything. It was just off Princes Street and only a 5-minute walk from the transportation links at Waverley. The views from the apartment were wonderful, taking in famous landmarks such as the castle, Old Town, Arthur's Seat, Scott Monument, and Calton Hill. The apartment itself was very well furnished, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary hotel facilities. The cleanliness was impeccable, and everything was in fine working order.

There was nothing I didn't like.
