The room had a beautiful view of the lake and was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The spa facilities were top-notch, especially the infinity pool. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel & spa. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and the rooms were out of this world. The hotel grounds were stunning, offering a range of activities from forests to vineyards. The complimentary fresh fruit and drinks in the room were a nice touch. The spa was incredible, with indoor and outdoor pools and stunning views. one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at.

The views from our room were absolutely breathtaking - we couldn't stop staring at them. The bathroom was also stunning, with amazing amenities. We had a small issue with our bill upon checkout, but the staff quickly resolved it with professionalism. we would definitely recommend Hotel & Alpine Spa.

The property has a beautiful reception area shared by two hotels. Check-in can take some time due to the crowd, but it's worth it. The food is excellent, though reservations may be necessary during peak times. The spa is incredible, and the rooms match the photos. Wonderful staff and a definite place to stay again!

The hotel is conveniently located near Lucerne center, making it easy to explore the city. The restaurant allows guests to wear trainers, ensuring a relaxed and comfortable dining experience. In the cafe, there are reserved signs on tables near the window, guaranteeing a great view of the lake. The rooms are spacious and well-decorated, with attentive staff providing explanations of all the features.

Some staff members at the reception desk were not professional enough, leading to confusion during check-in and a lack of clear instructions about the hotel facilities.

This hotel is the perfect luxurious getaway with exclusive amenities and excellent service. From the moment I arrived, I felt pampered and relaxed. The Spa & Wellness Centre was incredible with top-of-the-line facilities including a sauna, steam room, and Jacuzzi. I indulged in a massage and beauty treatment which were both expertly executed. The indoor swimming pool was inviting and the sun terrace offered stunning views of the surrounding area. The restaurant was exceptional, with delicious food and attentive service. The private facilities in the room were top-notch, making my stay even more comfortable and relaxing.

The only minor issue I experienced was that the live entertainment in the bar area was a bit too loud. Despite this, the staff were quick to respond and made sure I was comfortable during my stay.

The hotel has a great customer service team who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. They gave us a tour and explanation of all the facilities available on site which made us feel special. During our stay, we were pleasantly surprised to find complementary snacks and drinks in our room. The location of the hotel is breathtaking, you get an amazing view of the surrounding landscape. We enjoyed the various outdoor activities offered during our business trip.

Although the hotel was amazing, there were some small negatives. The lighting in the room was a bit dim and there was no night light which made it difficult to navigate at night.
