This hotel exceeded our expectations! The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the location conveniently close to UMES. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. We loved the historical charm of the building, especially the unique room keys. The ground floor room was perfect for us with easy access to the outside.

This hotel is an absolute gem if you're looking for value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail in the well-restored, historic building. The location, surrounded by a quaint little town center and within walking distance to the University of Maryland Eastern Shore Campus, is perfect for exploring the area. The staff is excellent, providing great service and basic amenities.

The only minor issue I encountered was that the rooms had roof AC units just outside the windows, which made loud noises every 20 minutes.

The breakfast was excellent with various choices such as pancakes or eggs and bacon with fries. The dinner was also wonderful, particularly the perfectly done cod. Additionally, the rooms and hall rugs were extremely clean and well-maintained. the location and history of the area was quite interesting.

Our stay at the hotel was great value for the money. The room was comfortable and well-equipped. The location was convenient and the staff treated us warmly and were very friendly throughout our visit.

Quaint and historic B&B with delicious food and friendly staff. Convenient parking, comfortable bed, and cool room keys. Despite dusty bath fans, enjoyed the fried green tomatoes during happy hour. Away from it all, but close to charming rural Maryland.

We loved the charm and history of this hotel. The check-in process was self-service, but the staff were super friendly and accommodating. The chef prepared excellent food, even serving dinner despite initially saying it was closed. Barbie, who served breakfast, was lovely and the breakfast itself was delicious. The hotel was clean and well-kept, with spotless hall rugs and extremely clean rooms.
