The location of the hotel couldn't be better. It is within walking distance to the Zermatt Train station, ski lifts, and all the activities in Zermatt. The room was comfortable and clean, with a spectacular view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast provided was great. The hotel also has a spa with sauna and steam room, a ski room with boot heaters, and a restaurant with a different menu every night.

That on Mondays the restaurant is unfortunately closed, which was a bit disappointing.

The room was spacious with an extra baby bed, everything was very clean. The breakfast was good and the staff very helpful. The sauna/spa facilities were great. The location was convenient, close to the télécabines and city center.

The room may have been small, but it was just enough for me and my partner to move around comfortably. Plus, the view of the Matterhorn from our room's balcony was absolutely spectacular! We had the opportunity to enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. The hotel's breakfast was great and I especially appreciated the 24/7 access to coffee and tea in the lobby. The staff were also very helpful and kind, providing recommendations and assisting us in arranging a taxi when needed.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Secondly, the beds were so comfy that I always had a great night's sleep after a tiring day of skiing. Lastly, the breakfast provided was freshly prepared and delicious, a perfect way to start the day. These aspects of the hotel really stood out to me and made my stay enjoyable.

The location is fantastic - just a short walk to the train station and cable car to Sunnegga. Plus, there's a supermarket nearby for any essentials you may need. The room was newly refurbished, consistently decorated, and had a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was very accommodating and flexible, even getting breakfast ready a few minutes earlier so I could catch my train. The breakfast itself was delicious, and the view of the Matterhorn from my room was stunning. The hotel also had a sauna available for private use, which was a nice bonus.

The only small drawback was the smart TV, which required some extra steps to connect to the internet and access streaming services. However, once set up, it provided entertainment for the whole family.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, offering great advice on local restaurants and hiking trails. The breakfast was delicious, although a few more hot food options would have been nice. we highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and stylish design.

The breakfast was amazing! They offered a great variety of food and drinks, including fresh fruit and pastries. the spa facilities were also fantastic, with a sauna and steam room that were perfect after a long day of work. the hotel was conveniently located near a train station, making it easy to get to and from meetings. And the icing on the cake? They provided complimentary coffee and tea in the mornings and evenings.

The smoking outside the windows of the hotel was not ideal, especially for someone with allergies like me. I had to keep my window closed to avoid the smoke coming in.
