As a family, we loved the convenient location within walking distance of the metro, city center, and numerous bars and restaurants. The flat was spacious enough for the three of us and had a nice balcony with a beautiful view. The modern decor and furniture were chosen with exquisite taste. The staff, especially Nuno, was very helpful and provided great recommendations for dining.

Best aspects of the stay were the excellent location and the superb room. It was really convenient to have the metro station within walking distance and stunning views from the balcony. The room itself was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a small refrigerator and a flat screen TV. The large bathroom and plenty of closet space were also a plus. The electric window blinds were a nice touch, allowing us to control the amount of daylight coming into the room.

Worst aspects of the stay were the noise from outside and the lack of certain amenities. The room was partially overlooking a busy street, which made it quite noisy, especially during the weekend.

We had an incredible stay at Cais Urban Lodge. The spacious and stylish room was perfect, and the location was amazing. Despite not facing pink street, noise was never an issue, and we were still right in the mix of everything. We could easily reach key areas of the city on foot in just 10-15 minutes. The owner and staff were exceptional, providing a warm welcome even though we arrived late due to a delayed flight. They were incredibly helpful and made us feel right at home. We would definitely request the same room if we have the opportunity to come back.
