The location of the hotel is perfect, being close to the slopes and offering easy access to the main village. Guests can enjoy the convenience of being on the hillside at the end of the Rothorn slopes, allowing for a quick start to their day of skiing or hiking. Additionally, the hotel is situated next to the slopes, providing stunning views of the surrounding mountains and the Matterhorn.

It would have been better if there was more variety in the restaurant's pricing strategy, as some side dishes were considered overpriced.

The staff provided extraordinary, personalized service that made me feel truly special. I had a perfect stay at Cervo Mountain Resort. I highly recommend it.

It was great to be picked up by a hotel taxi and brought to the doorstep. the views from the room were magnificent and the breakfast spread was delicious. the hotel's location made it very easy to ski in and out and the staff were extremely helpful arranging for ski rentals and lift tickets.

I had a luxurious experience at this hotel with exclusive amenities. the staff was friendly and efficient, fulfilling my every need. I enjoyed the spa centre with a sauna, jacuzzi, and massage options. the buffet breakfast had a variety of delicious options and the fine dining restaurant was exceptional. In-room breakfast was a private facility that added to the already exclusive stay. The location advantages with a sun terrace and garden area were an excellent way to spend my leisure time. Cons: the only bad thing was the lack of live entertainment.

We got great value for our money at Cervo Mountain Resort. The room had a stunning view of Matterhorn and a fabulous jacuzzi on the balcony. The location was perfect, nestled against the mountain slope with breathtaking views. The staff treated us like VIPs, making us feel welcome and providing excellent service.

Menu for breakfast could be improved by ensuring beverages are readily available during peak times.
