My recent stay at Crowne Plaza was absolutely fantastic. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel's location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the coast just a few blocks away. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the hot water in the shower was fantastic. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh-squeezed juice and tasty options. I would definitely stay here again!

I was charged for a night I didn't stay and the staff were rude when I questioned it. There was also some noise from the street and the lack of blackout curtains let in too much light at night.

The rooms are big and clean, with spacious bathrooms and good showers. The hotel taxi service, though slightly more expensive, provides a safer option for transportation.

This hotel is a luxurious and exclusive venue with exceptional service and amenities. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were both highlights of my stay. the spa centre had a range of treatments available and the sun loungers were comfortable for relaxing. the continental breakfast was delicious, but the in-room breakfast exceeded expectations with its variety and quality. the bar/lounge area had a great atmosphere and the packed lunches for day trips were a convenient option. The location advantages in the heart of the city allowed for easy access to popular tourist attractions. Cons: the only minor issue I encountered was with the shallow end of the swimming pool being a bit too shallow. this didn't greatly affect my overall enjoyment of the pool.
