There was nothing I didn't like.

As backpackers, we loved the small, clean rooms with cute and comfortable design. The Apple TV in the evening was a great addition for entertainment. The shower was excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was also ideal, with plenty of nearby restaurants and bars.

It felt like a home away from home, with no reason to complain.

Great location in the heart of the city and close to public transportation. the room was comfortable and had all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. the lobby area was spacious and modern, with a bar for enjoying drinks and socializing. the option to control room settings through a smartphone added a high-tech touch to the experience.

The room size may not be suitable for those who need more space. the bathroom being in the middle of the room might be uncomfortable for some guests.

I stayed at Citizenm for a layover and was impressed by the room features controlled by an iPad. The rooms felt spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the vibe was great. The modern and vibrant decor made me feel right at home. I loved being able to control everything with the tablet, while enjoying the huge, comfortable bed. The AM/PM shower gel options were a nice touch and breakfast was delicious. Overall I definitely recommend Citizenm.

The hotel offered unlimited tea and coffee, as well as access to cold bottles of water from the bar. The location was convenient for both the train station and Lake Zurich. The staff were extremely helpful.

I loved staying at this place! The location is right at the heart of the city, making it easy to get around and explore. The staff were super friendly and helped us celebrate our anniversary. We had the best sleep ever in their comfy beds. They also provided us with two complementary items that we loved. the location was perfect for us to walk to all the sites we wanted to see.

The receptionist had trouble finding our reservation, and we had to insist multiple times that we had already paid. while we liked some aspects, we felt that the hotel experience could have been better.
