The on-site restaurant served one of the best meals I had during my entire trip, showcasing quality meals and unique dining options.

My shower's water temperature was unpredictable, swinging between scalding hot and freezing cold, making for an uncomfortable experience.

the air conditioning barely worked for the first two days, making my stay absolutely unbearable. also, can you believe there’s no refrigerator in the room? I can’t imagine a hotel without such basic amenities. I almost thought about giving a good review due to its location, but then again, a complimentary upgrade woudl ve been nice and just wasn’t happening.

Consider bringing your own snacks and drinks since the absence of a mini-bar or vending machines limits options after the bar closes.

The spacious room featured a capsule coffee machine, and the heating worked well, providing a cozy atmosphere. Despite its proximity to Interlaken West, noise levels were surprisingly low, allowing for one of the best sleeps during the trip. However, the breakfast selection was somewhat limited, and the inconsistency of the shower temperature made for an uncomfortable bathing experience. WiFi was unavailable in the room, which was inconvenient. While the location is excellent, these amenities need improvement to enhance the overall experience.

I was disappointed to find that the air conditioning in my room was barely functional for the first two days of my stay, making the heat unbearable. Additionally, the lack of a mini fridge in the room was a huge inconvenience, as it prevented me from keeping snacks or drinks cold. The room also had a strange cleaner's smell that lingered, which made the atmosphere rather uncomfortable.

I woke up each morning to a beautiful variety at breakfast, with cheerful staff brightening my day. The spacious family room and trendy decor were absolute highlights during our stay.

However, our experience was marred by the reception being often crowded, leading to delays. Plus, the shower's water temperature was inconsistent, making it hard to enjoy relaxing baths.

This place was awesome! Centrally located, so we could easily walk to shops and restaurants. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Plus, our room had these cozy chairs, which was a nice change from sitting on the bed all the time. The breakfast spread was fantastic too, lots of options to choose from. Just wished the room had a few more hooks for our stuff.

I had a nice stay in a cozy spot located centrally. I walked to shops and restaurants easily. Breakfast had a large selection, and I enjoyed the area with windows for views. Our room was comfortable, but I had minor issues with the shower temperature. Staff were friendly, and they helped me find parking after a long search. I appreciated the chance to explore the surrounding activities, fitting for a road trip lover like me.

Water temperature in the shower was inconsistent, causing an uncomfortable experience!!! The room was too hot without proper air conditioning until late May!!! Parking was limited due to local events, leading to a frustrating search!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, especially the spacious lounge area and the daily housekeeping, which kept everything looking fresh. After a long day exploring, the yoga room and cold water shower really helped me unwind. Just a heads up, the glass door for the toilet might catch you off guard a bit, but it didn’t ruin my overall experience. 😊
