The staff at this hotel were great, really polite and helpful, providing fantastic customer service during our stay. The location was ideal, close to public transport and within easy reach of local amenities. We also really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which had a good selection of fresh food.

The room we stayed in could have been cleaner, it felt a bit dusty and had a lingering odor. the Wi-Fi signal wasn't very strong, which made it very difficult to connect to the internet and work during our business trip.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is very near the market, offering easy access to shopping and dining options. Additionally, it is a short distance from the vibrant nightlife of the European side of the city.

The fast and free internet was a bonus, as was the small sauna in the spa area. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and can't wait to return in the future. I highly recommend the Enchanting Boutique Hotel for its enchanting ambiance, prime location, and exceptional value for money.
