We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location in the Old City was perfect, right in the center of the attractive Zug old town and just a 15-minute walk from the Main Train Station. The breakfast provided was superb, with a wide variety of options including delicious smoked salmon, local cheeses, and cured meats. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their faces.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, as it was within walking distance from the main railway station and a large shopping area. It was also just opposite the charming Old Town and close to the Landsgemeindeplatz near the lake. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with beautifully designed rooms that were clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist me in renting a car at the last minute. The breakfast provided a good variety of continental options. The restaurant in the hotel was also a standout, serving fantastic food with a diverse wine menu. My Sunday lunch there was absolutely lovely.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I appreciated the comfortable rooms with free Wi-Fi and television. the location of the hotel was also convenient, being close to the picturesque old town and within walking distance of the lake. Additionally, the hotel restaurant offered delicious dinner options.

I was disappointed by the lack of cozy ambiance in the bedroom. the wooden floors without any rugs or carpets made the room feel bare and cold.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to public transportation nearby. the room was comfortable and clean, providing a good night's sleep. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

One major drawback was the lack of proper heating in the room. It was quite cold, and despite my attempts to adjust the aircon or radiator, it did not warm up properly.

The hotel's location is perfect, right in the town center, just a minute walk from the lake and the best places to eat and hang out. The historical and well-preserved property has a minimalistic interior, which I found spacious and modern. The best part of my stay was the brilliant customer focus. One night, my colleagues and I arrived late and everything was already closing, but the receptionist, Stefan, went the extra mile and made food and drinks for us in the closed restaurant. The politeness and professionalism were outstanding. I strongly recommend this hotel.
