We loved the convenience of the hotel's location right in front of the train station. It made transportation in the Jungfraujoch area incredibly easy as we could easily access the rack railway up to Kleine Scheidegg for skiing. The hotel was very clean and the facilities provided were excellent. Additionally, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and we particularly enjoyed the fresh baked bread.

The location of the hotel is unbeatable, right in front of the train station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. the staff at both the front desk and the restaurant were friendly and welcoming, providing great service. I particularly appreciated the attentiveness of the staff, especially when they took care of my special dietary needs, accommodating my gluten-free diet by providing me with gluten-free options for breakfast.

There were a few instances of rude behavior from one of the restaurant staff members. This staff member seemed to have a negative attitude towards Asian tourists, which was quite unpleasant to witness.

The Derby hotel in Grindelwald had a great location right at the train station, allowing us to explore the city as soon as we arrived. the staff was super friendly and the breakfast was brilliant, offering a variety of delicious options. the bed was comfortable and the room was perfectly clean. the view of the Eiger from our balcony was simply amazing. We enjoyed the Swiss Quality experience and will definitely book again next year for both bed, breakfast, and evening meals. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The hotel management team, including the GM and his wife, were always present and ensured that we were well taken care of. We appreciated the personalized touch of receiving a small token on arrival and a chocolate upon check-out. The Derby Swiss Quality Hotel truly provided us with a great experience during our stay.
