Stayed at Hotel Des Alpes for a couple of nights and it was fantastic! The staff was warm and attentive, helping me move my luggage from one room to another while I was out sightseeing. Both the city view and lake view rooms were cozy and clean, but the view from the lake view room was simply breathtaking. Breakfast overlooking the wooden bridge and tower was a highlight, and the central location made exploring the Old Town a breeze. Excellent service and a great recommendation for a nearby restaurant.

Amazing location right in the heart of the city, close to the train station and with breathtaking views of the river and the iconic Chapel Bridge. Friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Clean and well-maintained rooms, some with balconies, offering a comfortable and relaxing space. The restaurant served delicious meals with a wide selection of local wines, and the breakfast buffet offered a variety of options to start the day.

The hotel is within walking distance to the main shopping and eating areas, as well as the train station. it is very close to the tour boat harbor, which is convenient for those wanting to visit Mt. Pilatus. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with separate twin comforters on the king bed. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing detailed information and assistance.

The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect for my business trip. It was conveniently situated in the heart of the city, close to both the train and bus stations, making it very easy to navigate around. Additionally, the hotel was right on the river, offering stunning views that I could enjoy from my room. The fact that there were balconies available for some rooms was definitely a bonus, allowing guests to fully indulge in the beauty of the surroundings.

One downside of my stay was the lack of air conditioning in the room. As it was during the summer months, the room would get quite hot, especially when the windows had to be kept closed for privacy and noise reduction.

The value for my money at Hotel Des Alpes exceeded my expectations. The room was cozy, with a comfortable king size bed, spotless linens, and a breathtaking view. The location was perfect, being close to the train station, lake cruises, shopping, and the charming Old Town. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.

Well-organized room with writing desk, comfortable single bed, storage space, and ensuite bathroom. Very clean with welcoming decor. Superb location near river and Kapellbrucke, short walk to railway station and ferry jetties. Helpful check-in staff provided tourist advice and Swiss power plug. Excellent breakfast buffet in restaurant beside river.
