The air conditioning control is frustratingly inefficient!!! Room cleanliness needs attention, as I found dust on surfaces!!! The fitness room is disappointingly basic, lacking proper equipment!!! Tight closet space left me feeling cramped!!!

my stay was just awful. the carpet in my room was old and stained, and there was barely any lighting! when i asked for extra pillows, i was told i was 'lucky' they found some. i had hoped to be treated like royalty, but apparently, that's not their style. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

An excellent stay with friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and a beautiful breakfast. The location is just perfect, not to mention the easy access to public transport!

The location is fantastic, right next to the train station and tram stops, making it easy to explore. Rooms were clean and comfortable, with modern bathroom facilities that added to the overall experience.

The heating system was a bit tricky to manage and made the room warmer than expected.

Y'all, the beds here were so comfy, I reckon I snoozed like a baby! Had a real treat at breakfast, those pastries were downright heavenly. The staff were as sweet as peach pie, always ready to help. Just wish they had a ramp for us heavy packers, but that ain't a deal breaker. What a fine spot to be!

The location, man, it's a winner! Just 5 mins from the station, and we got a free Basel Card for tram rides. Plus, the room was lekker comfy with a great shower. Chommies at the reception were super helpful, too!

Room sizes are smaller than expected!!! Cleaning left much to be desired, especially with dusty mirrors!!! Air conditioning control is a hassle!!! Limited parking options leave you feeling trapped!!!

I had an amazing stay—clean, spacious room and the breakfast was delightful, especially those pastries! Just wished the carpet looked fresher! Would definitely return!

Close to the SBB railway station. made getting around a breeze. Breakfast was excellent with great variety. and the staff were friendly, always ready to help out! Rooms were clean with spacious bathrooms too.

The location near the transportation center is unbeatable, making it easy to explore the area. The included breakfast offered a delightful selection of glazed cakes and other fresh pastries, which added a special touch to the morning routine. However, the lack of a coffee station in the room was a slight inconvenience, as it was located at the end of the hall. Additionally, while the room was clean and comfy, the view wasn't as spectacular as hoped, but it still contributed to a pleasant stay.
