The room we stayed in at Towneplace Suites was not the cleanest, but the hotel itself was quite nice. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the pool was awesome. We also appreciated the convenience of having a washer and dryer on site. The location along the Ohio River was great for a staycation.

As longer term business travelers, we appreciated the well-equipped fitness room and the convenient kitchen facilities. The hot tub and heated indoor pool were great for unwinding after a long day. The location was perfect, with nice restaurants and entertainment options within walking distance.

My recent stay at Towneplace Suites was excellent. The location was superb and the staff was exceptional. I was impressed by the good condition of the exercise equipment, and my kids had a great time swimming in the heated pool while I relaxed in the hot tub. The breakfast was a nice touch and I appreciated the safety measures taken with gloves provided. The ability to walk to nearby restaurants and enjoy concerts on the river was a bonus. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from popular attractions and restaurants, making it easy to explore this city. The hotel facilities were great, especially the heated indoor pool and exercise equipment in good condition. The staff were exceptional, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

There were a few aspects of my stay that could have been improved. The lack of room service was a downside, as it would have been nice to have at least one cleaning during my stay.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, with beautiful parks nearby and a walking bridge over the river with a stunning view. We loved being within walking distance of the town and having plenty of restaurant options. The breakfast was a nice touch, with safety precautions in place, and the staff, especially Jason at the front desk, were accommodating. The heated pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids, and we enjoyed watching the walking bridge change colors from the pool. It's a fantastic location, especially for summer walks to restaurants and concerts on the river.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The breakfast had a good selection, although the oatmeal was too thick and cold. the location was great, near the Ohio River, which made for a nice stay-cation. the room was spacious and had a kitchenette for in-room dining, which was a great feature.

The breakfast area felt cramped, as it shared the lobby space. the air conditioner in the room didn't keep the temperature cool enough, making it uncomfortable to sleep.

The location was perfect, conveniently located near the Big Four Bridge and a variety of restaurants. the area was quiet and safe, making it the best place to stay when visiting the city. the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast that included freshly cooked oatmeal with toppings, which was amazing! having a kitchen in the room was a plus, making it easy to heat up our meals whenever we wanted.

The lack of dish soap in the room made it challenging to keep everything clean. There were not enough hot items such as scrambled eggs and sausages, and the staff did not refill the food frequently.
