The hotel was in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the city. It was so convenient to be able to walk to all the major attractions and shops. The staff were amazing - they were always friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We also loved the fact that the hotel provided free transport passes, making it easy to explore the city without having to worry about additional costs.
