The cleanliness was impeccable, with the rooms and facilities being extremely clean and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the fully equipped kitchen which made us feel right at home. The location of the hotel was perfect, being in the center of the city and within walking distance to many restaurants in the old town area. The transportation options were also very convenient, with easy access to public transport.

Great location for shopping and close to the lake. Spacious room with tropical shower, comfortable bed, 2 TVs, and kitchen equipped with microwave and cooker. Big nearby supermarket for easy shopping. Modern and newly renovated with friendly staff. Excellent overall experience.

We had an amazing stay at this place. The location was perfect as it was situated in the heart of the shopping area. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, providing services such as dry cleaning, laundry, and taxi service. The room amenities were top-notch with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a soundproofed room. We were also impressed by the dining table and sitting area in the room which made our stay even more comfortable. Additionally, the free toiletries and electric kettle were a nice touch.

We booked two connected suites for one night only. The suites were very spacious compared to other hotels in Switzerland and most importantly, they are air-conditioned. The facilities in the room are excellent, including a fully equipped kitchen and free laundry. The staff went the extra mile and provided a recovery service when we left a mobile phone behind in the room. The helpfulness of the staff was beyond our imaginations as they even couriered the phone to our next destination in Zermatt, Switzerland.

We had a fantastic stay at Fraser Suites! the design and location of the property were excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. the rooms were larger than expected, with comfortable beds. the kitchen was well-equipped, even having a dishwasher. It was perfect for families, although not recommended for larger families with more than one child. a great experience with spacious rooms and convenient amenities.

The spacious and modern suite was equipped with everything we needed, including a dishwasher and a breakfast kitchen. The free tea and Nespresso in the room were a nice touch. We also loved the fact that we could use the washers and dryers for free during our stay, which was especially convenient as we were traveling with a baby. The location of the hotel was excellent, right in downtown Geneva near the main shopping street. We also enjoyed the okay fitness room and the lovely view from our third-floor apartment. Despite a minor cleanliness issue upon arrival, the staff promptly addressed it when we raised the concern. I highly recommend this hotel for its good value for money, and I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, spacious and clean room with modern amenities. The staff promptly resolved the issue with the mouldy cups left in the room and offered brand new ones. we had a comfortable stay at Fraser Suites. Would recommend.

The location of this hotel is great, near the Reformation sights and the old town. There's easy access to public transport and the beautiful lake shore. The room is equipped with everything you need and the staff is very helpful.

The breakfast could be improved.

The hotel had an excellent location, close to the popular shopping districts and tourist attractions. the room was spacious and well-equipped with a kitchenette which was perfect for preparing a cozy Christmas dinner.

The noise level at night was quite high which made it difficult to get a good night's rest. the bed was a bit small for our liking, which made it uncomfortable at times.
