I particularly appreciated their help in tracking down a lost item and their dedication to locating it promptly. The location of the resort was perfect, with easy access to the ski rental place and the bus stop to the slopes. The included breakfast was delicious and the overall cleanliness of the resort was impressive. I would highly recommend Resort La Ginabelle to anyone looking for a perfect, cozy getaway. I was extremely satisfied with my stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a luxurious 4-star hotel in Zermatt for a few nights and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. The location was fantastic, within walking distance from the train station and other attractions. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, as they were friendly, attentive, and catered to all of my needs. The room itself was cozy and comfortable, equipped with all the necessary amenities such as an ironing facility, heating and air conditioning, and a mini-bar. I also appreciated the turndown service and the sitting area where I could relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel had a great spa with an indoor/outdoor pool, sauna and steam room, which was a nice way to unwind after a long day of skiing. the location was convenient as it was close to the bus stop and within walking distance to town. It was also great that they offered complimentary hiking equipment.

The hotel did not have a hot breakfast offer, which was a bit disappointing, especially given the high price. some staff members were not very friendly, and the room was a bit dated.

We had an amazing stay at a resort in Zermatt and it exceeded our expectations. the staff was professional and friendly, and the facilities offered great amenities like ski lockers, restaurants, and a bar with live music. Our room had a queen bed, modern decor, and stunning views of the Matterhorn from the balcony. the buffet breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed the afternoon snacks and heated pools. the resort's location was convenient, only 200 meters from the Sunnegga ski resort.
