Stayed at Windsor Plaza and had a great experience. the breakfast selection was good and the staff were extremely helpful, especially when I lost my phone and passport. They also assisted when the taxi I had booked didn't show up. the personnel were professional and the hotel offered great value for money. Check-in and check-out were easy, even with a late arrival and they allowed us to check-out later in the afternoon at no extra cost. the hotel's location in Rio was convenient, and they provided secure storage for our bags after check-out. the cleanliness was impressive and the staff were always friendly and willing to help. the rooftop was a nice touch.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and always had great suggestions for what to do. the breakfast was amazing and had a great variety of choices. the location was perfect for exploring the city, with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.

The standard room was quite small and felt cramped for two people. the bathroom was also tiny and didn't allow for much space to move around.

The hotel is in a great location, close to all beaches and tourist attractions. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist. The breakfast had a good variety for both meat eaters and vegetarians. The pool area, sauna, and small gym were nice and clean.

The breakfast at Windsor Plaza Copacabana was simply amazing. They had a wide variety of fresh fruits, including mango, melon, and pineapple. The freshly pressed orange juice was a refreshing start to my day. I was also impressed with the selection of different juices, including guarana, which added a unique twist. And of course, the coffee was exceptional. the breakfast spread exceeded my expectations.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the beautiful Copacabana beach. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming, ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout our stay. They even recommended a nearby hospital when my husband fell sick, showing genuine concern for our wellbeing. The hotel provided complimentary airport transfer, which made our arrival and departure hassle-free. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The pool was lovely and we appreciated the free use of beach towels. The little touches, like chocolates on the pillows, added a special touch to our stay.
