Excellent location near Caumasee and hiking trails, allowed early check-in, room cleaned twice a day, attentive and helpful staff, great spa with saunas, hammams. Delicious breakfast with fresh food and variety. Outstanding experience, will definitely return. Thank you to the team!

We had a delightful stay at a beautiful wellness hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and provided outstanding service. The spa area was superb and not overcrowded, creating a truly relaxing experience. The different restaurants offered a vast choice of delicious meals. I highly recommend this hotel.

My experience at Waldhaus was exceptional, even exceeding my expectations. the location was perfect, close to Caumasee and endless hiking trails. the hotel staff went above and beyond, checking us in early and providing impeccable service throughout our stay. the room was cleaned twice a day, and the spa facilities were stunning, like something out of a fairytale. the breakfast was top-notch, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. the excellence of this Autograph Collection hotel left me speechless. This hotel offered a luxurious stay with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all of my needs. the Spa & wellness centre was top, notch with a spacious and well, equipped gym, impeccable sauna, steam room. the outdoor swimming pool was also designed beautifully with a relaxing jacuzzi area, sun loungers, and a sun terrace. the treatment rooms provided excellent services to satisfy all the guests' needs.

There is only one minor negative point I can think of regarding the spa. the spa area was supposed to be open until 9pm, but the cleaning staff would shut down the facilities at 20 min to 9pm, which was slightly inconvenient.

Liked staying at this hidden gem in the Swiss Alps. the beautiful woodland location offered stunning mountain views. Plus, skiing was easy to access, and other activities were just a short walk away. the staff were helpful, and there were plenty of cosy bars to relax in. the food was excellent, with a great variety of restaurants to choose from. we really enjoyed its elegance and charm.

The sauna, although good, could have had more treatments available. Despite this, we appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities.
