The staff at this hotel goes above and beyond in everything they do, from the exceptional service in the restaurants to the attentiveness and care they provide when you're away from home. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with thoughtful details in the bathroom and warm wooden floors. The breakfast is delicious and the view from the hotel is breathtaking, making it the perfect base for exploring the surrounding area on hikes.

One small drawback is that the service in the restaurant can vary depending on whether the Head waiter is present or not.

We had an amazing time at a truly outstanding hotel in the Swiss Alps. The newly refurbished Junior Suite on the 6th floor was beautifully decorated with quality furnishings. The various lounges on the main level were gorgeous, preserving the character of the original rooms. The pavilion with an icerink and seating area was a great spot to relax. The main dining room with stunning frescoes served outstanding food, and the staff provided a professional and friendly service. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was impeccable, and the long-tenured staff were kind and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel in the Swiss Alps.
