the flat was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. the location was perfect with tram stops just a few minutes' walk away, making it easy to explore Nice. We loved the sea-facing apartment and the beautiful views it offered. the staff was friendly and helpful, even storing our luggage for us. Having a supermarket nearby was also convenient.

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel. The location along the Promenade des Anglais close to the beach was a major plus. We loved being able to walk along the promenade and enjoy the beautiful views. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we appreciated the clean and well-maintained bathroom. The breakfast provided a variety of options to start our day off right. the rooftop solarium was a lovely place to relax and take in the scenery.

One minor downside was the noise from traffic outside the hotel.

This hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to restaurants and the old town area. It's also very close to the beach, which is a major plus. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with everything you need, like a kitchen and a nice lounge. The view from the higher floors is amazing, especially if you pay extra for a sea view room. The rooftop terrace is also a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the view.

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The location is absolutely amazing, right on the promenade and directly opposite the beach. It was so convenient, especially with the tram running straight to-and-from the airport regularly. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, and I could even enjoy it in heels! The staff were friendly and always willing to help with any request I had. The room was spacious and well equipped, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Plus, the housekeeping service was top-notch, keeping my room clean and unobtrusive. I had a great experience here and would highly recommend it to families!

The only downside I can think of is that the location is not right in the city centre, but it's just a 20-30 minute walk or a short taxi, bus, or tram ride away. However, with all the shops and places to eat within a few meters of the property, I didn't mind being a bit away from the tourist area.

The noise level was unbearable, with constant traffic noise day and night, making it difficult to sleep at night. the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with dirty floors that were not cleaned the entire week we stayed.
