The location was unbeatable, just steps from the beach and close to tram lines for easy access to the airport. I loved having a sea view from my balcony and the kitchenette was super convenient for making quick meals. The breakfast options were fresh, providing a great start to my day.

The check-in process was a bit slow, which could be improved.

Fantastic location just across from the beach, with easy tram access. Huge balcony offered a beautiful view. The breakfast was unexpectedly delightful, featuring fresh options.

Check-in was painfully slow, and noise from nearby trains disrupted sleep quality. The room showed signs of age, needing updates, especially with maintenance issues like slow Wi-Fi.

Great sea view and comfy stay!

Had an awesome time here! The sea view from our balcony was breathtaking — it felt like we were on a never-ending holiday. The kitchen was perfect for quick breakfasts. There are some great bakeries nearby for fresh pastries. Just wished the tram noise was a bit less at night. it could get loud at times.

Fantastic location on Promenade des Anglais, rooftop sun terrace, functional kitchenette features

The check-in process can be unresponsive at times!!! Maintenance issues with appliances were a nuisance, and the room conditions felt outdated. Expect minimal cleanliness with no daily housekeeping. you'll be managing your own garbage!!! Consider bringing your own kitchen plug!!!

absolutely terrible experience. The shower had mildew and the A/C vent looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages. I could hardly sleep on that plastic-wrapped mattress. Oh, and don't expect any special treatment. No room upgrade for me! The limited amenities don't match the exorbitant price. Honestly, I almost wrote a good review but just couldn’t.

Perfect for family getaway

The location was outstanding, just a minute from the beach. We arrived three hours early, and our room was ready! Jerome at the front desk was super helpful, gave us a map of the area and told us where to get the best pastries. The studio was spacious, and I loved that metal blind, blocks out light perfectly for a good night's sleep.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but still a reasonable price for the quality.
