A truly amazing experience at the Fairmont. The service, performance, and consistency were unlike any other hotel I've been to. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay delightful. The rooms were well-appointed and the gym was impressive. The location was also very convenient and the cleaning staff did a great job. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location was great, right in the heart of the city. I didn't need to use my car at all during my stay. the hotel provided free transportation passes for both buses and boats, which made it really convenient to explore the city. Another advantage was the stunning views of the lake and the fountain from the hotel. It was a beautiful sight to wake up to every morning.

The room was a disappointment. It wasn't as modern or fancy as I had expected, especially considering the price I paid.

I got a fantastic value for my money with an automatic upgrade to a suite upon check-in. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect, right in downtown and within walking distance to all the attractions. The staff were exceptional, providing great service and being very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast selection could be improved.

We stayed with a group of friends and loved the convenient location by the river, close to the train station. The yellow boat across the road took us to the shopping area and old town. Our upgraded room facing the courtyard was sunny and had a super comfortable bed. We enjoyed the complementary Swiss chocolate and the delicious beef meal at La grill restaurant downstairs. a very convenient place for a leisure trip.

Felt so relaxed, the staff was always helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

Opposite lake and central location. Water taxi and restaurants on-site. Nearby pizza restaurant and bar. Shops on other side of lake. Snowy walk to pretty gardens.

I must say, the location of Fairmont is simply fantastic. We had a wonderful view of the lake, and it was so convenient to just cross the road and take a leisurely walk to enjoy the fresh air.

I must mention that the concierge service was very helpful and friendly. They recommended a couple of good restaurants to us, which we greatly appreciated.

Had a wonderful Easter weekend at a hotel with exceptional service and luxurious amenities. the hotel offered delightful chocolate Easter eggs and a complimentary Easter brunch. the location was perfect in the heart of the city, near a park and a short walk to the lake. the spa facilities were outstanding and the cocktails at the bar were delicious.

The room was a bit dated with some wear and tear, particularly on the furniture and carpets. Noise from the street could also be heard at times.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with easy access to Geneva's best attractions without needing a car. The hotel provides free bus and boat tickets for guests, making exploring the city a breeze. The hotel also offers stunning views of the lake and the famous fountain.

The hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities and exceptional service. the stunning indoor swimming pool and serene Spa & wellness centre were highlights of our stay, as were the delicious meals at the on-site restaurant and the refreshing drinks at the bar. the private facilities in our room were exclusive and made us feel truly pampered.

I had a very comfortable stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, right across the street from the water taxi, and it offered stunning views of Lake Geneva. The rooms were spacious with large beds, and the bathroom was clean. The service provided by the staff, especially Beatrice at reception, was exceptional. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and the restaurant had a pleasant ambiance. Additionally, the hotel had a fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment and a large, well-maintained swimming pool.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to par, as it was dusty and had fabric dust and dirt everywhere.

The location of this hotel is absolutely amazing. It is right on the quay, in front of the famous fountain, and close to the train station. This makes it very convenient to explore all the attractions in the adjacent area. Additionally, being on the shore of Lake Geneva offers beautiful views and a serene atmosphere.
